We at Triple Two Rentals and Landscape Center care deeply about the health and safety of our customers and staff, and as such, are closely monitoring the current state of the COVID-19 situation. As staff, we are in daily talks about the current state of the pandemic, and how to proceed as the start of the season is upon us.

Policy Updates as of Monday, May 11th:

Effective Monday, May 11th, we will open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day.

Our Equipment Rental division will re-open in a limited capacity starting Monday, May 11th. For the health and safety of our customers, and to enable us to maintain sanitation standards and social distancing requirements, the equipment rental process will be as follows:

1) All equipment rentals must be booked in advance. No equipment will be rented without an advance booking. A name, phone number, and credit card number will be required to confirm the bookings.

2) All equipment pickups will be booked into half-hour pickup windows, starting from 8:00. If you miss your pickup window, we will be unable to send out the equipment.

3) Due to high volume of landscape product deliveries, and the sanitation standards we must maintain, we will not be able to deliver any equipment at this time. All equipment rentals must be picked up from our yard.

4) Equipment will be sanitized before getting loaded, and customers will be responsible for tying down equipment themselves. Customers must bring their own tie-downs, as we are unable to provide tie-downs at this time.

5) A $50.00 charge will apply for any cancelled bookings or missed pickup times, unless the cancellation is due to poor weather.

Our Landscape Supply division will remain open, and we will continue to require all customers who come in for landscape supplies to remain in their vehicle until approached by staff, maintain social distance of 6 feet if exiting your vehicle, and following all posted signs.

In addition, the following policies and precautions will continue to be maintained:

1) To help control the flow of traffic into our yard, and the number of customers in our office, we will have an entry lane and an exit lane leading in and out from the main entrance to our yard. Please keep to the left when entering our yard, remain in your vehicle until approached by staff, and respect all posted signs.

2) Customers must remain in their vehicles until approached by a member of our staff. As a safety precaution, we will be allowing a maximum of 4 customers into our office at a time, and the office will be limited to payments only. There will be designated standing areas, a hand sanitizing station, and glass shields in place on the counters. Countertops and point-of-sale machines will be disinfected before and after each customer.

3) Customers will be allowed into the yard to view landscape products or displays in person, but must remain in their vehicles as much as possible while doing so. If leaving your vehicle to view a display area, only 1 customer will be allowed on display areas at a time.

4) Customers with questions about product availability, delivery, pricing, estimates, or other information are encouraged to call our office or view our website instead of coming in. Because of this, we are expecting a very high volume of calls, so please be patient if we are not able to answer your call right away. We will return as many calls as possible if calls are missed.

5) Delivery services for landscape products will still be provided. Customers are encouraged to place orders and process payments by credit card over the phone. A copy of the invoice and receipt will be emailed upon request. We ask that customers either place a marker where they would like product placed, or to maintain social distance while showing the driver where to place product.

6) Bulk delivery services (Tandem, Truck & Pup, Tridem, or Truck & Quad loads) will still be provided, but must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to schedule deliveries at convenient times, but please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times with bulk orders.

7) All sales on landscape aggregates and accessories will be final.

8) We ask that customers please be courteous and respectful of one another by maintaining social distance of at least 6 feet, remaining in your vehicles, and maintaining a lineup or "queue" while waiting for service. Please allow customers who have been waiting the longest to go first to help us serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
